The first being weekly check ins. This is the most popular plan!
Together we make sure you are hitting the macros we discussed and recommendations given, based off of the most recent evidenced based practice.
This plan also includes being able to text/email me with nutrition questions.
Stuck on what to eat for dinner? Let's brain storm together! Going out to dinner and drinks with friends? Send me a picture of the menu and I can help guide you to stay in your nutritional goal! This plan gives you more access to me and more one on one coaching.
-We start with 12 weeks and add from there! Most results are being noticed by you around 4 weeks, your close friends and family around 6 weeks and everyone else around 8-10 weeks! This 12 weeks gives us time to really understand your nutrition together and see the progress along the way
For 12 weeks, the cost is $400, which comes down to $33 a week!

*Monthly:
The second you already have a good knowledge and background in nutrition but need some more guidance in macros? Or body building and need just some check ins? This monthly check in plan is great!
We check in with each other every month, go over what is working and not working for you. We can always switch back to weekly check-ins if you feel like you need more recommendations.
-We start with 3 months and continue from there!
*One Time:
We have a phone call going over your nutrition goals, current level of exercise, and health goals. Then I give you a one time macro nutrient suggestion
-This is a one time flat rate of $50.
*Break the Binge:
Together we go through your eating habits and I mean ALL of them! Good and "bad". I never judge, but I need complete honesty to work with you.
-We start with 12 weeks and can add from there! Most habits are being changed around 4 weeks. Statistically, it takes 28 days to make something a habit. This 12 weeks gives us time to really understand your nutrition together and see the progress along the way
-This plan also includes being able to text/email me with nutrition questions. I can help guide you through your road blocks and binge moments.

-What is nutritional coaching?
I focused on educating my clients about making smarter food choices to best achieve specific health outcomes. I work with clients who are not looking for treatment for particular medical conditions.
-Do I need to have a knowledgeable background in nutrition to get started?
Nope! I can help educate you as much as needed
-Do I need to purchase anything?
I recommend that all my clients have a body weight scale, a food scale and some before and after pictures for themselves!
-Can I buy recipes from you?
All my recipes are free! I'm happy to help tailor some of your favorite foods to fit your macros
-Is this a "diet"?
Absolutely not! I like to think my style of nutritional coaching is learning how to get the nutrients your body needs in a way that works for your day to day living. I very much believe in the 80/20 lifestyle
-I have a sweet or salty tooth, so that means I can't eat that?
Absolutely not! That's not a fair assumption to have for life and we work together to get those in your daily diet
-I'm lost at the grocery store

-What is Binge Eating?
Binge eating can look like a couple different things. Restricting foods and then "giving in" and eating an excess of them. Over eating in private. Waiting until your alone to eat.
